Well the Indians season is over but how will they fix this so this doesnt happen in the future. I think they should they trade for prospects. Espn.com says the Indians have the 5th best farm system thanks from the trades of C.C and Casey Blake who got us LaPorta and Carlos Santana but are star pitcher Adam Miller is all ways getting hurt so who knows if he will ever make it up here. There are some talks that they might trade Cliff Lee but cleveland needs to be overwhelmed for that to happen but trading Cliff soon while he is playing good might be better then trading him next year when we dont how how well he will be playing or what kind of talent we will get for him. Well that is what I think might help the tribe post a comment telling me what you would do.

Since Shapiro said Wedge's job is safe for the rest of the year the hope of new management in Cleveland must wait. When next year comes around I would love to see a new set of guys coaching the team. My dream choice would be Mike Hargrove. That is unlikely but still possible.

Post who you want to manage the Tribe and maybe the Dolans might listen.

Working at Citifield as i do, puts me in a unique situation. I get to see the pulse of the team, and although i am a hospitality attendant, (merchandiser at Majestic team store) i see the team in a different light, or so i think. I look at these Mets and i think Carlos Delgado was a big loss to them. I was a big advocate for the signing of Manny Ramirez, and his violation of the drug policy makes the Wilpon's a genius for staying away, and Minaya a good GM for not pushing the signing. I think Mr. Minaya has done a fine job of putting a team together. Now that i have a closer look at the demographic of people that come to the games, and the guests that spend good money, the Mets are in need of a superstar that can sit up there with Santana. Fans and guests want a player they can relate to,

The Yankees lost to the Nationals tonight. That is not that glaring of a problem, because they will still be right there in September and October. The Yankees have the pieces to get the bat that their lineup seems to be missing. I know that Xavier Nady is hurt and he was supposed to be the right handed power, protecting Posada or Cano. But there might be a need to look close at Holliday. Matt that is, he could do serious damage in the new Yankees stadium. He can be the rental that pushes them over the top. Johnny Damon and Hiedki Matsui come off the books. They can resign Matt and still have a smaller payroll than they do this year. I just think that A-Rod is looking human, and without his added energy boost for the dog-days of summer these men play through. They have some young pitchers a

John Sterling has been the radio personality for the New York Yankees for the past 15-20 years. His most popular call is when the Yankees finish off an exciting victory. He says, "Ballgame over. Yankees win! Thhhhhhhheeeeeeeee Yankees Winnnnnnnnnnnnn!" But what about when a Yankee hits a home run? He's come up with a few cool ones. Which one is your favorite? To see what it looks like from the booth, check this out!

Mariano Rivera is approaching 40. Retirement could come any year now. What are the Yankees' options? How about a switch pitcher? That's right. His name is Pat Venditte and he pitches both righty and lefty. You thought it was confusing enough with switch hitting. Rick Reilly wrote an interesting article for the May 18 issue of ESPN the magazine. According to the article, currently he's still in the Yankees farm system, pitching for the Single-A Charleston Riverdogs. Venditte's parents saw that he was doing everything both right-handed & left handed, so they fed it. His hispanic teammates call him "pulpo" which means octopus. I imagine it's because of the way he switches from 1 side to the other depending on whether the batter faced is righty or lefty.

Check him out warming up for the Staten Island Yankees:

What kind of talent do the Yankees need to get before the trade deadline is over? I believe they need strength in the bullpen. TRADE JOSE VERAS. PLEASE! He keeps getting them into trouble. They need to bridge a gap between their starting pitchers and Mariano Rivera.

Chien Ming Wang has proven himself over and over again down in Tampa. What is keeping Girardi from putting him back in the rotation? Could it be that Hughes is pitching too well? Could it be that Girardi is trying to stretch him out like he did Joba in last year's transition from the bullpen to the rotation?

Kansas City Royals - Chris Smith

WOW, it was finally good to see us score first and then keep another team from scoring in the 7-9 innings!!  That's how the new Royals started out the season and if they continue this we will keep being that lead story on Sportscenter and having more people talk about us then they have the last 10 years.

We finally had a game where we scored first, the first runs in the last 24 innings, and then the bullpen did great, a little scary, and closed it out. What was even better to see, John Bale back and he looked great.  Now its time to take this momentum into the Detroit series.

It has been great the first month plus of the season, seeing the Royals featured on Sportscenter, and yes mainly because of Zack, but there have been plenty of other times we saw their game highlights pretty earlier in the broadcast, but now the last 2 weeks have been back to what we were use to the last decade.  Being a life long Royal fan who does not live in near KC it was great to finally see not just highlights but hearing the players on the phone on MLB network and them taking more then a minute to talk about them.
